Shipping Policy

When will my order be ship?

We are able to ship domestic orders within 1-2 business days the day after the order is placed. Sometimes needed to change for reasons, please always check header menu top of the website. Business Days are defined as weekdays, Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays. The day your order ships, Saturdays, Sundays, or National Holidays, does NOT count as a "shipping day".

If I choose Tracked Delivery shipping method, how long does it take?

Tracked Delivery takes 1-3 Business Days – you will receive a tracking number by email when we fulfilled your order.

Example: If you place an order on a Monday afternoon the parcel will leave our store earliest on Tuesday (this depends on the current processing time, this information is always on the top bar menu).

Delivery time is usually 1-3 days. All depends of the speed of courier. Processing time is what we need to prepare your order and Shipping time is count from that day when we send your parcel out of my store.

How do you pack the orders for shipment?

Depending on the length selected, fabric is either shipped on poly mailing bag or in box.

I would like to add to my order. What can I do?

We receive high amount of orders, but we always combine your orders and refund on shipping if that was overpaid.
